I-485 & I- 765 Help needed.

Well it took a year and a mountain of paperwork to get my K-1 finacee over to USA, but we will be getting married this Friday and I am starting the process of Permanent Residence and have a couple of questions so any help would be appreciated.
I 485 Part 1 they ask for the I-94 number, the only form I have that says I-94 is the small piece of paper stappled in he passport with a departure number in the top left corner. Is that the number they are requesting?

I 485 Part 2A they are requesting her nonimmigration visa number.
There are several different numbers on the visa which is in her passport which one is it?

I485 Part 2B it says list your present husband/wife and also ask if they are applying with you.
Do I list myself as we are no married, then check no because I am already a US citizen?

Do I also need to fill out the I 864 Affidavit for support even though I did a complete support affidavit already for her K1 visa approval?

Form I 765 application for employment:
Line 16 eligibility categories, this is the most confusing, she is my fiancee came hear on K1 who I have married within 90 days, we are filling and sending in I 485 and I 765 together.
Which code is it (a)(6) or (C) (9)?

(C) (9) is the category.
Put your name under spouse.
The numbers on the I-94 are her nonimmigration visa numbers.
I-864 Affidavit for support is a requiurement to complete the process.

I 485 question

In all the forms we are filling out it ask for the I-94 form, the only I-94 piece of paperowrk we have is the stub that was stappled in her passport when she arrived on a K-1 visa. When we arrived in the US the immigration officer took the other half of the form and the complete packet the embassy gave us before we left Thailand.

Is a copy of the stub what they are asking for?

Also PraetorianX1 I was hoping you would respond to my ealier post in regards to the I-485 & I - 765 question I had as you have much wisdom in these matters.
