I-130 and 325 need help!

We are married since 08-02-2008.My husband is USC. We have sent I-130 and 325 forms to Chicago Lockbox. We have got Receipt for I-130 three days ago. My Visa I-94 (90 days)is expired today. Shall I also mail I 485 and I 765 or wait for additional letters of USCIS (what is the next step of USCIS?)?
And can I stay here even I have only sent form I-130 and 325 ?

Mail the I-485 and all other required forms, along with a copy of your I-130 receipt.

ps: you may be in trouble, since you are filing for AOS within 90 days from arriving the USA, if this was on a visitor visa.

PraetorianXI,I sent all forms yesterday I-485,I-131,I-765 and copy of receipt for I-130(.My Visa I-94 is two days expired.)
What is with the medical exam?Shall I wait till I get my Receipt (I-485)or I already can go to the doctor now?
