RFE on pending I-485
Hi All,
I got am email notification for RFE's for both myself and my wife on our Pending I-485's. Our I-140 was approved in 2006 and our Fingerprints were done in March 08.
As you can understand i am very anxious as to what the RFE could be for. Are RFE's for I-485 normal. We applied for our EAD renewal and AP about 3 weeks ago. Not sure if that trigerred this as this EAD was applied through a different lawyer. Another interesting point is why would they send RFE for myself and my wife who is my dependent.
Any opinion will be appreciated.
My PD is Dec 05
My I-485 Receipt Date is Aug 07.
