PraetorianXI,I sent all forms yesterday I-485,I-131,I-765 and copy of receipt for I-130(.My Visa I-94 is two days expired.)
What is with the medical exam?Shall I wait till I get my Receipt (I-485)or I already can go to the doctor now?

you were supposed to send the exam with the I-485 (as noted in the instructions).

you will now get an RFE (request for evidence) which will slow down your case a couple of weeks and they will ask for it... so get it done and wait for the letter from USCIS asking for it.

Werre going to file for adjustment of status its just a little bit confusing now I have to fill up the form G325 and asking for alien number and im not sure where can i see it or if i have it.Thanks!

you need to do the medical exam before you send all of you're forms for the first time, and send the medical exam form together with Ur I-485
