My I485 was filed in July. I did not recive my receipt until November.
When i recived the receipt i noticed that the following on the receipt
Received date 27/8/2001
Noticed date 20 Oct 2001 ,
But When I phoned to the INS to find the status of my case.
The answering service says that the application was recived on 20 October 2001 and will take 365 days to something 500 dyas.
Can some one tell me from which date i have to count 356 days?

So my case the AP will be after October?

AP after 365 days?!? which service center? AP will have its own receipt number, did you check with that or did you use your 485 receipt number?

I check with my I485 receipt, somereason I did not recive receipt for my Authorization for Parole ,but I recived my Authorization Parole to travel which was dated with November 9,2001.

Where do i check my RD?
