Hi,
Just got my I-140 approved under EB-2 category. I was wondering if you folks have any idea how long a time frame I am looking at for my I-485 approval. My priority date is Feb-2002.
Also, my labor certification got delayed because the philadelphia office had lost my entire file. Is there anyway I can use it to my advantage?

Your I485 will depend on the background check and the visa number should not be an issue for you. No one can say how long the BC takes. Once the FP is done, may be 6 months is a target you can look at for it.
