Possiblity of GC revoke after approval

I worked for my gc sponsoring company since 2000 and now atlast i have got the gc through them...
is there any reason should i continue work for them ?
or can my employer can write to the uscis to revoke my gc as my intention not to take
the permenanent position with gc sponsored company ?

please advice ?

It is better to work for 6 months after the GC approval in your future interest. The employer cannot do anything even if you quit now but it will impact your naturalization process.
