Hi,
I have two questions ;
1. I filed my I-485 Aug 07 and received my EAD and AP october 07 and have now applied for extension of both. However, due to a recent development my company may have to move me to offshore for a while. Will I lose my status I-485 status. How long can I stay in India.
2. If I go to India and leave the company . Can I travel back on that AP that I received while I was in US on that company's payroll. what do I need to do when I get back to the US.
