I 485 approved no receipt notice yet

Hi,

We have registered to the USCIS website for updates with our case. I received 3 emails, one stating 'approval notice sent', second for 'Card production ordered' and third for 'welcome notice sent'. Its been 10 days that i got this email but we have only receive the 'welcome notice for my spouse'. Everything else is pending. Is there a reason only one notice was sent. why did it mention online that its been approved and we havent received anything in the mail yet. whom should we ask?

wait up to 30 days. Then Call USCIS. might be lost in Mail. don't mean to scare you but..it happens.
