Form G-325A (Biographic info)
Form I-765 (EAD)
form I-864 (Affidavit of support)
Form I-131 (Advance Parole/reentry permit)
Form I-94 (departure)
Passport pic.both of us.
IMPORTANT: AS FIANCEE VISA,CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF I STILL NEED TO SUBMIT I-130? WHAT ELSE I NEED TO SUBMIT CONCURRENTLY WITH SAID FORMS ABOVE TO COMPLETE IT ? PLEASE HELP...THANK YOU!
