AOS Pending- moving to India- Kindly advice

My I-140 is approved, got my EAD and I-485 is pending approval. I have a valid H-1B

I plan to work from India for my current employeer and visit the US for a few weeks every six months (travel on my H-1B). Will that affect my AOS / GC Processing.

Any specific guildlines on how long I can be out of the US while my AOS is pending?

Discuss your specifics with your lawyer. It may need to be changed to CP from AOS.
