Hi,
We have received a 'Request for Initial Evidence' for a I-485 petition to submit a Birth Certificate. But we did submit a Birth Certificate received from New York Indian Consulate and looks like this is not a valid.
And we couldn't able to get Birth Certificate as per Passport (since there is a change in DOB from Passport to actual one) but we can get BC with original date (which is different from Passport). So even we tried to get Non-availability certificate from India but still we didn't able to get it.
So, what is the alternative to Birth Certificate/Non-availability of Birth Certificate to satisfy this RFE.
Any suggestions/experiences are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
