Hi,
Another question. I-140 approved a few weeks back. Is there anywhere I can see a complete list of documents that I need to send. I have all the forms filled up just need to be sure that I have all supporting documents attached. I would like to avoid an RFE based on a missing document. This is what I have:-
a)Form g325a
b) I-131
c) I-485
d) I-693
e) I-765
f) Medical exam/vaccination info
g) Two Photos
h) I-94
i) Passport Visa copy
j) Marriage certificate
k) Copy of approved I-140
l) Two checks for $1010 each for myself and my wife.
m) G-28 from the attorney
Do I need anything else? Does anyone have a sample employer letter?
