I filed for my AOS on the basis of marriage to USC on nov 2006. But my case is still pending on a name check. I completed my finger print on Sept 15th. This was my second finger print since the earlier one got expired and USCIS wanted to get it updated.
I had 2 LUD changes on my online profile one was for Sept 30th and the other one was for OCt 1. But the only thing chaged was the date. No other content changed. It still says that my application was received on Nov 6th and it is being processed.
Does someone has any comment on this. Does it mean that they are processign my case? What should I expect from here?
