Any body who experienced priority date current, processing date current and how long should I wait???? Any timeline you can advise. I am anxious to look for new employment.

My case:
NSC/EB3
Priority Date: Feb 2004
Receipt date(i485): Sept 4, 2007
Received date(i485): July 2, 2007

Anybody who experience and receive GC how long should I wait, I want to see my family, any help???
