I got an apporval of I-360 on Oct. 2; however, my religious status was expired on Jan. 2007 if religious visa extension is permitted. Actually my religious visa is pending. I tried to extend religious visa on August 2006(I have 4 month to go to fulfill 5 years of R-visa at that time. But USCIS holds every case of premium file from that time.) I did not have any chance to change my status because R-Visa was pending. Some say that I can apply I-485 because my religious visa is pending. Do you have this kind of experience? Please let me know. Thank you!
