So I got denied last september 2007, Since then we did anything to fix it. We've been running around in circles till now we dont know what to do. My step father(petitioner) don't want to hire an attorney to help us and he's planning to file a MTR w/o an attorney. Is this possible? Can we still file MTR? What's the best move we should do at this moment?
