RFE details - if anyone wants to know

If anyone wants to know details of what I got as a RFE.. they are :

1. A current employment letter stating the date of hire, prospect for continued employment, job title, work duties, and salary;

2. A complete copy of Y2000 Federal tax return and form W-2
3. Copies of pay statements for the past month.
4. Marraige certificate (notarized)
5. Birth Certificate (notarized)

Hi-

In defense of your lawyers, RFEs seem to be issued in a small percentage of cases, almost at random. It might not have anything to do with them doing something wrong.

Of course, there are some idiots out there....

Dear Paraji,

Is marriage registered in US? What is meaning of notarised marriage certificate. What if marraige is registered at country of origin.

Marraige was done in Delhi. I had it photocopied & notarised from a Notary in the US. I think the INS guys feel that someone in the US has shown that the copy is a true one.
