daughter studying in Inida

I filed for my family I485 in Jan 2003. Last year i sent my daughter to India for further studies. Her parole visa expired on Aug 08, is it going to be a problem. She is planning to come for a visit in May 2009. What are my options. ANy help is greately appreciated.

Parole is for temporary visits. If she has been studying over there, it would be a problem.

On the other hand, if you are still on H1b, she can enter on H4 without a problem. She needs to stay in US if you applied for AOS. If she doesn't want to, you have to make it a CP case.
