Interview and Fraud Interview at the same day!

Hi there!

My wife is a US citizen and we had our first I485 interview yesterday. After our interview the officer told us to wait, we waited about 30 mins and he came back and told us that a 2. officer will take care of our case. the 2. officer was a very rude guy!!! He asked me to stay in his office and sent my wife to the waiting room. he started asking me questions about our live, but in a very rude way! I Broke up with the interview and told the officer that I am not gonna cont. with this interview without a lawyer. he said they gonna send us a notice by mail.

What kind of notice they normaly send??

What will be the consequence???

Me had the same experience. I was just searching the web for any similar incident. I married a US citizen girl and the interviewer took me alone and was very rude and asking unwanted questions. May be because I am an Indian and she is white. Well I told him the same I want to involve my lawyer to this and he said he will send me a notice. I haven't got the notice, but it doesn't matter to us, we decided to settle in India, we don't want to take **** from them, let them stick the notice up their @$$.
