my visa expires on Nov 2nd 2008. I have filed the I485 form and I also got the receipt number. Can I stay in the US after Nov 2nd? If yes, how long can I stay?

my I94 too expires on Nov 2nd,2008. I am currently on R1. I came here first in 2003 december and ever since I have been working here.
I didn't understand what you mean by the basis of I485.
I also applied for EAD and AP along with I485.Comment

If you have filed a valid I485, you can stay as a parolee as long as it is pending.
