I-485 Priority date and Job Change

My I-140 and I-485 are applied together...Just got I -140 approved(10-10-2008) . and I 485 is pending with priority date February 2006.I have EAD upto OCtober 2010.

Also I have H-1 B is first 3 years completed...H1B application renewal is in process by Employer..

I am thinking of changing job. is it good time to change job or my I-485 will get cancellled. If I can't change job then how much time I am expecting to get green card so that I can change the job?

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
