How long should I wait after responding RFE?

I can see my current status of my I485 online " Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed." after responding the RFE and in the description it says they will let me know the output within 60 days but in last month visa bulleting PD of EB2 moved back and my PD is April 14th 2004.

In this situation they will process my application withing 60days or they will wait for my PD should be current.

PD should be current.
