Hello,
I need your help with my concerns below. Can you please help me out? Please? Thanks a lot!
Basically, I'm a derivative of my husband's employment-based GC. He got his GC 4 months back and I was called in for an interview. Honestly, we dont know why.
1) One of the required documents is my husband's EVL. My husband is still employed in the sponsoring company. We dont even have a copy of his labor. There's a very big possibility that his current salary in the EVL is way lower than the salary specified in his labor cert. What should we tell the IO if asked why there's a difference in the number? Any advice?
2) We're planning to consult with his company lawyer and potentially hire them to accompany us during the interview (because they were the ones who filed our applications). Is this ok? I mean my husband's employer is also their client. Hope they will not jeopardize our application. Kindly advice if this is a good idea.
3) During the time of I-485 filing last year, I wasn't sure what to enter in the present employer details because my H1 trasnfer was still in process. But, I already started working with company B using the receipt (which is believe is legal). But, I didnt put company B's details in the g-325 form (biographical information). And once I hand them my W2 during the interview, they will see company B's details there. Will this create any problem? Please advice.
Thank you so much for the help!
