Hi thnx1b, I am copying everything to new thread. don't want to confuse other friend..

Where can we find the criteria to estabilish the residancy? What would be the effect if I haven't mentioned my permanent address anywhere in the G-325 form? Thanks in advance for your great help..


There are criteria for establishing residency for tax purposes. Look for them. Just mentioning it on some form does not establish residency.

Does residancy will be established at the last address in G-325? I have my permanent address in Texas and filed I485 in Aug 2007 with last address in CA. I haven't put the permanent adress anywhere in G-135. Please suggest what best can be done?

Look on your State taxation/revenue department website. It varies from state to state.
