I am thankful to you for your help. I spoke one attorney today who happens to know me personally, he said don’t worry I know you well and you are an honest guy . Baltimore usually don’t give on spot decisions and should hear from 10-15 days.
Little glimpse again my process
I had my AOS based on marriage on 21st Oct. I think interview went pretty good. Many things happened after filing for I-485 that includes Birth of our baby and my wife got good job. So we don’t need ant I-864 A. We gave everything to officer during interview. She even corrected things in the form asked my wife to do initials.
I have applied to Medical Residency this year. She said we should hear from them maximum 180 days she wants to be sure she has everything. I thought interview went pretty good [/B][/B][/B]
There are many program where I applied, they contacted me by email that they only accept GC not accept EAD. I am worried that I may miss many such good program Interviews. I want to know can I ask USCIS to consider this and what is the way to do It.????[/COLOR]
