portability of I-485 after 180 days

    portability of I-485 after 180 days

    Hello everyone,

    I have a question regarding the portability of my I-485 application. Now that you are allowed to change employers after 180 days of being in change of status, is it 180 days from the "application received date" or the "notice date" of the I-485 application.

    IN CSC cases it might be from ND , all other service centers they go with RD.

      Receipt Date

      According to a website there are no rules yet. But when they form rules they may opt for RD.
