Can I take up a second job?
I am on H1-B extension, I-140 has been approved and I-485 is pending. I have not switched from H1-B to EAD even though I have one. Can I continue with my H1-B in my current job and take up a second job with my EAD? Is this legal?

If I take the second job it essentially means I will switch from H1-B to EAD. Can't EAD be used for both the jobs (One job in line with my labour certification and the second one in any other field)?Comment
