Hi, my priority date is January 26 2004, my question is Can I apply for AOS now? I have another question - my sponsor employer lives in NJ and I filed papers with my lawyer in Nj but I live now in NC- am I gonna have problems with getting GC through employment?

You need to look at the latest visa bulletin. EB3 for all other countries is May 05, so you can file for 485. If the employment labor certificate specifically mentions your location, that might be useless now. You need to talk to your lawyer.
