I-485/Affidavit question
I started working for the first time in April of 2008 so I don't have tax returns yet. If I send all paycheck stubs for the last 7 months, a letter of employment verification and a written statement saying that I was not obligated to file taxes for the year of 2007 will that be enough for I-485 to be approved?
