who will get the I485 rfe attorney or beneficiary?

seniors pls help
who will get the I485 rfe attorney or beneficiary?

I got I485 receipts,ead,ap directly to me.

I am planning to change the job using AC21.
My Present company attorney representing the case.
Is it better to change the attorney using G28?
If yes can I file G28 to myself?

My New company attorney said he will send the AC21 letter but he is not talking about G28. I got confused

If you previously signed a G28, it will go to old attorney. If you did not sign that, it will come to you. In your best interest, the new attorney should file a G-28 with you authorizing the change of attorney so that the attorney on file gets changed and doesn't result in miscommunications/lost mail from USCIS leading to a denial.
