I use the online case tracking tool on USCIS site to tracking status of my applications. Within the last 4 days, it does not appear to work.
the portfolio list is shown. when I click on the receipt number, it used to open up a window to show details of the case (although usually non-helpful details), but now when I click on the number, it just check the box next to it, and no longer open the detail window.
Any idea if I need to do something else? Anyone else experiencing same problem?
