I - 485 addition for wife on H4

Hello,

My wife will be coming on H4 visa early next year as I have a valid H1B visa.
I also have my I - 485 in pending status. Will I be able to add her to my I - 485 as long as it's pending .

Please let me know what is the best course of action to take.

Provided your PD is current.
