Im applying for I-485,I-130,I-765..Got the Idea about those..My BIG Confusion is..I have a son who"ll be turning 16 yrs. old on JAN,29'09..
I want to know pleaseIf I need to do a SEPARATE APPLICATION FORMS FOR HIM??HOW ABOUT THE FEES??WILL IT BE SEPARATE TOO??All the while..his my DEPENDENT..So Im Really Confuse If I need to make his own application or,,Just be under my application???
I just got married to U.S. citizen,me and my son had a current F1/F2 visa right now?
PLEASE HELP ME ASAP as We dont have budget to hire a lawyer..So PLEASE give me infos about on how to APPLY my son w/ all this??
