No I-94.....

No I-94.....

I am a USC trying to file I-130 and I-485 for my husband. He is currently in the US, his passport was never stamped when he arrived and a I-94 wasn't issued.

So on the I-130, question # 14 "He or she arrived as a ...." do I put "without inspection"?

And on the I-485, part #1, do I put n/a under "I-94 #" and "none" under "current USCIS status"

if he entered without inspection then he can NOT adjust his status.
