140 approved, 485 pending, PD not current, can my wife file 485?

We got married before I file 140/485 last July. But my wife didn't file 485 with me. Recently my 140 got approved, but PD is not current, can my wife file 485?
Someone says it is OK if we were married before I filed 140/485, but not OK if we were married after I filed 140. Is that right?

No, Your PD has to be current for dependents to file 485.
