Hi, am in L1A visa for the past 4 years. i140 filed under EB1C category approved last june 08. lawyers filed my i485/EAD/AP and received notice on Oct 29. i got my FP invitation for next week.
any idea how soon will get my EAD or AoS ?
If i get my EAD approved first, can i start working for other employer as i don't see any problems coming out from current employer who is trying to sell himself out to another person. please explain
