Hi,
I applied I-485 as derivative applicant in July 2007. I was on out of project and no payroll for more than 180 days before I applied I-485 and also out of project and no payroll after I applied I-485.
If I go out of country and get H4 stamping in India and uses H4 at port of entry, Will be cleared my previous out of stauses on H1B?
While processing I-485, will they check out of statuses between last entry date to US before applying I-485 and I-485 applied date (or)
will they check out of statuses from the recent entry date to USA irrespective of whether the entry date is before or after I-485 applied?
