Hello , i am 2009 green card lottery winner, and i have A-2 visa
My parents work in Consulate, even though I have nothing to do with the Consulate, because of my parents I have A-2 visa as well, I am 21 years old.
I have been in the States for 3 years now.
I want to apply for adjustment of status to USCIS and I am going to fill the forms (I-485)
and I am wondering if I need to wave my A-2 visa first?
Should I also complete I-566 form?
