When applied for advance parole electronically for my wife I was charged $305, but according to USCIS I should not be charged because I paid $1010 when we applied I-485,how I get my money back. Thank you

Good luck with that!

In many cases they send the refund back to you automatically, in others you need to write to them. While in the most cases, you're out of that money!
