Has anyone come across a situation in which the USCIS has denied a I-485 AOS application citing that the job that they changed to is not similar to the one that was mentioned in the Labor?
Will there typically be an interview to ascertain facts before USCIS will deny that I-485 application? What are the typical reasons why USCIS would want to interview a I-485 applicant?
