Time to complete I-693?

Hi! I am about to file the I-485. Have to undergo the full I-693 medical along with vaccinations. How much time does it take to get the form completed assuming all is well? Also, is it possible to file the I-485 without the Medical which can be submitted later once completed? Anybody had any experience care to share

the I-693 form MUST be sent along with the I-485 at the SAME time. Otherwise you risk the whole thing being sent back to you or get an RFE, which will delay the process... either way it is a waste of money and time not to send it together.
