How to reopen file:please help
Hello
I just received a denial of notice for my I-765.USCIS said that the denial was because of failure to submit evidence.They told me there is no appeal from this decision,but you may file a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider.
Actualy,i did not receive the document requesting me the evidence by mail neither online.
Can some body tell me please how to get a reopen file
1/Do i have to full up the form I-290B with the proper fee and send it with the evidence to USCIS?
2/Can i include it with a letter explaining to them that i did not receive the document for evidence?
3/How long the processing time takes approximately for an answer or a new decision from USCIS?
