Is DS-157 and G-325A cross checked during green card application?

My father's name is not quite accurate in the DS-157 form I filled when I come to US(1 year ago),. I am planning to change it on the G-325A form now. Is this change cross checked with my father's name on Ds-157?.......Is DS-157 and G-325A cross checked during green card application?
