    P1 and Greencard

    I am filing the 130 ect. forms for my husband who is presently here on a P1 visa which runs out this Dec. His employer thinks he needs to file for another P1 as he will be touring again next year. If the new P1 is filed, will that disrupt our change of status filing? I think it will, but would like someone's more "expert" opinion.
