annulment divorce is possible after INTERVIEW I-485 ?

hi,
i got marry last year with american citizen ,had my interview in march,they told us they will inform me with in 2 weeks,but now i got know that my wife have a very bad back ground, owe alot of money to many people.and now we dont have good relationship too
i was thinking to get divorce,if i file annulment divorce to get quick divorce and get marry withsomeone else and file for adjustment again.
could it create problem ?

I would assume that if you are pending a decision at the moment for a visa then a divorce would null and void the application for adjustment as you would no longer be requiring to stay with your partner. If you then get a divorce and re-marry, this would look suspicious and you would most likely be very rigorously assessed and re-viewed and possibly denied as they would see you as getting married for the sole purpose of getting a visa, which is illegal.
