H1-B renewal

My I-140 has been approved and my biometrics done last month. I am in the 7th year of my H1b and it expires on 30th of this month. I don't want to go for premium processing and wanted to know what kind of fees I have to pay. I am financially a little tight these days. Your word would be appreciated.

My attorney is also asking me to file "H-1B Data Collection and Filing Fee Exemption Report" along with a fee of $1500.
Do I have to file this form?

I am not sure of the form. I do know that some of the fee like training fee etc will fall off for the third extension. But the employer has to pay for most of the H1b fees, why are you paying?

They are not paying. I have been paying all the fees. I wasnt sure if I have to pay this additional fee for "H1 B Data Collection and filing fee exemption Supplment" form fees.
