surname name change on welcome letter

Hi,

Our 485's are approved and today we recieved welcome letters. my spouce surname name is different from me, applied as derivative. earlier we recieved ead and ap with that surname but today the welcome letter shows her surname was replaced by my surname. what to do now. it shows cards are ordered. please suggest me. I called to uscis which has number on it. no responce. thank you.
