Can anyone please clarify below questions?
Currently I am on H1B and it is valid till 2010. I have EAD and AP. I am going to India on vacation.
1) If I use AP while entering to US, it invalidates H1B status right. In this case, will H1B transfer possible to new company?
2) After using AP, if I continue with my current company, can I apply for H1B stamping to come back to H1B status? Do I need to ask my company to amend current H1B before going to H1B stamping?
