Waiting for GC

Hi,
Can anyone give me some idea how long I have to wait for the GC? I had the biometrics done in november 2008.
I need to apply for divorce as soon as possible but would want the spouse to have the green card too.
Ours is employment based (EB2) and the PD is March 2002.
Please if you have any guestimates, share.
Also, does it impact my GC when we get divorced after the approval?

No one can tell. You just have to wait as your PD is current. Take an infopass and see an IO. May be they will be able to say something.
